looking for those sold out supplies!
Pre-order supplies as part of the PTA spring registration process. All orders
must be submitted and paid for by the registration deadline, May 14, 2010.
The packages include all supplies from the teacher approved lists except:
• Gym shoes
• Backpack
• 100 pennies for 2nd and 3rd grade
We purchase all name brand supplies to ensure the highest quality.

The school ID for Hoffman ID is HOF002
Please note, sales tax will be added when ordering online.
Don't want to order on-line? Click on the school name to download
the necessary form(s) for your child/children:
for HENKING grades K-2
for HOFFMAN grades 3-5
(note about 3rd grade TREE below)
Please send the completed form along with a check for the indicated amount
to your child’s teacher. If you have children at both Henking and Hoffman,
you may write one check. Be sure to put all order forms in one envelope
along with the check. Please make the check payable to HE/HO PTA
and return it by May 14th.
Packages will be available for pick-up on the walk-in day this summer.
If you will not be able to pick up the package in person,
please arrange for a friend or neighbor to do so.

*** For incoming 3rd grade students considering the TREE program at Hoffman,
you may purchase the standard grade level packet.
Then if your child is in TREE, a supplemental TREE packet will be available
for purchase in August ***
