act upon our belief that parent involvement in the schools
greatly enhances the education that our children receive.

To become a member of the PTA, please contact any PTA Board member.

download these forms - PTA Membership and Volunteer and PTA Payment Form - and either drop off or mail to Henking or Hoffman school. Please note on the envelope "PTA Registration". Don't forget to include your payment!
